USPS & FedEx ground shipping - Shipping is Free. Orders received are processed and shipped the same or next business day. After shipping your order, an order confirmation e-mail will be sent to the e-mail provided by you while placing the order. Please provide 3-5 business days for the product to be delivered to you after placing the order. If you did not receive the order confirmation e-mail, please check the spam folder of your e-mail or contact us for help at firstname.lastname@example.org. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct shipping address to avoid delays and hassles.
We accept online payments in a secure environment via all major credit cards.
Out of Stock Products
If you place an order, and one of the items are on backorder, you may choose to have the in-stock items delivered to you immediately. The remaining items will be sent as soon as it is back in stock, with 50% shipping charges borne by us.
Returns & Exchange Policy
Although we take the utmost care in the manufacture and handling of each of our products, in the unlikely event of an item being faulty, we would be glad to replace the same at our cost, if the item has not been washed or soiled. If you decide to return the item(s) for any other reason, we will gladly refund you the cost. A refund must be requested within 5 days after receiving the package. All items must be returned in original condition without any changes. (e.g. taking set out of zipper bags, used, washed or soiled.) Please read the care label sewn to your product for laundry instructions, as we cannot accept items for a refund or exchange if they have been damaged during the wash or already washed.
To arrange for the return of any faulty unwashed product, please email us at email@example.com. If you have requested a refund, upon receipt of your returned goods we will provide a full refund as soon as possible, but no later than 5 working days after receiving them into our warehouse. Please enclose a copy of your receipt or packing slip in order to process your refund or exchange. After we have received your return, inspected it, and approved it for a refund, we will credit the approved refund amount to the credit card used to purchase the returned item(s). We do not accept COD returns of any kind.
